P. Kavitha a school student, lost her parents in her early years. She is taken care of by her neighbour.
Earlier Kavitha was treated at Perundurai Tuberculosis sanatorium, Erode for two months. Her foster parents could not afford the cost of medical care and discontinued treatment.
Her parents were suspected to have lost their lives succumbing to complications arising from Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Details of her treatment records awaited.

Symptomatic treatment given for fifteen days.
